wholefoodnut's Journal, 09 June 2019

I have been faithfully tracking and calories are averaging so far this week @ 1269 so within my RDI still have today to go. I've also had one good gym workout, one 30 minute challenging TRX workout, 3 days of yoga and meeting my step average also. Probably yoga today as it will stretch out this sore body. Note to self DO NOT NEGLECT EXERCISE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Weight has remained the same, not surprised. My body will stay the same weight as it adapts to new and then drop a few pounds, I learned that on my main weight loss journey.

I wore an outfit different than my norm for the past year of jeans and variations on T shorts to work on Friday, it reminded me also to occasionally dress to make me feel good. I have been avoiding most of those because they show the flabbiness around my waist and I'm self conscious about form fitting @ the moment. Went shopping today and bought 2 pair of pants and 2 cute tops on sale that should still work once the flabby is gone. Another Note to self--buy some new clothes besides t-shirts now and then.

Stopped after grocery and clothes shopping for a few so that some ibuprofen could go to work. The old legs are sore after a TRX workout yesterday. Not sure if the grass will get mowed today or after work tomorrow. Shopping for clothes took more time than I had planned. Need to get laundry, food set for the week, etc.

Thanks, just muscle sore.. Doc always tells me sore muscles take 2 days off to let them recover if they are sore.
