My back is back to 90ish%. Went to the gym and did a pretty full workout 🏋🏻♂️
It feels great to get back into form. It’d been a rough week nursing my sciatic. Hopefully, I can stay away from more of these episodes.

What did you do to fix the Sciatic? I still have this issue after 3 months.

Chris, I was doing quite a few exercises in that area and I think that’s part of what messed it up. Too much at once.

Srossca, I don’t really have much advice. Rest, stretching, rest, ice, rest, heat, rest, back support, rest, weed rub for pain.
