Im feeling pretty defeated which is completely ridiculous. Its only a couple of bad days, and Im sure that if I could get in one really good day of following my macros, then I would see a change. I was hoping to never see this number again. And theres donuts at work - again. And there will be donuts tomorrow - again. At least I skipped it today. I might have to change up my breakfast tomorrow because my eggs are getting boring. I feel like such a debbie downer right now.
