Thanks guys! The last thing I wanted to do was go to the gym this morning. But I went and I will keep going at least twice a week. I’m planing to go on the weekend too unless I’ve got plans for other things.

🤣🤣 I wasn’t tired exactly, but hungry lol I didn’t go to the gym again that night. I started doing squats at home and my damn knee kept popping so i gave up after 16 and did 50 leg lefts instead 🤷♀️

My right knee does that sometimes. It’s not painful just aggravating. I think it’s from an old injury. Flew off my bike and fell out of a car when I was a kid 😅😅😅
