Good progress after the first day but it's mostly water, obviously. I measured and wrote down everything I ate, and realized once again how much I overate in the past months.
Feeling good - as now I'm in control and pursuing a healthy goal!
148.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
