Alas, last months my activity level was on and off, I binge ate or just didn't care what and how much I ate, and drank a lot... Even though I'm going through some challenging times (been unemployed for 6 months already), this is not an excuse. Moreover, yesterday I realized that this is exactly the right time to take good care of my body, which would help me focus and clear the thoughts and my mind.
So now I'm starting from 68 kg / 150 pounds and aiming to lose my weight to reach 63 kg / 139 pounds in about 2-3 months (about a pound a week). In order to achieve it:
1) I'm starting to count food intake, for better control
2) Occasional glass of red dry wine on weekends only or for a good cause
3) Drink 2 liters of water daily
4) Active walking in the neighborhood or in parks at least 1 hour a day (instead of lying on a couch lazy watching NHL matches of teams I don't care about)
5) No added sugar
6) No late dinners - eat last meal before 7-8 pm the latest

Here I go!
149.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
