Okay so the damage is in...my weight was 216#, and I will attribute some of this to TOM and because of the impending visit I have not voided properly. Anywho....it is what it is right now and I am dragging and TIRED today. It was good to be back to normal eating yesterday, and I don't really feel any carb cravings...only the normal TOM cravings.

Busy day with work today...so short and sweet here. I hope everyone has a great day and a Happy New Year!

It is snowing again so that means shoveling this afternoon!!! I hope DH gets well so we can go snow tubing.

Oh Bella it is lots of fun. A big tube and you hook it to a line and they pull you up this hill and then you get on the edge and jump on and tube down the hill...hahaha...soooo much fun!

Jaime I understand how you feel.. I have the TOM coming the end of next week, voiding is at a minimum and I am tired as "ALL OUT!!" It will be better next week we our body recognizes we are back on the "DIET" .. It looks like you had a very small gain so that is a plus.. P.S. The shoveling doesn't sound too exciting but the snow tubing sounds EXCITING!! Enjoy yourself!

Thanks Dorthy! Small gain but I am not stressed about it. I am wiped out today. Went over my carbs but notably calories. Early to bed tonight...I hope.
