Do iam consuming less calories? some said high protein helps you loose more fat so i increased my protein intake , and many advice carbs spike insulin so i cut out on carbs! but i consume 25g fiber everyday , so why iam constipated? most likely why iam not loosing weight , my goal is to loose 40 pounds more but iam stuck😭? what to do and what not to ! i don't want to take stress but this stress will kill me , Help me out please

Hey2educate i saw your comment and came here, can you clarify something's to me , iam 5 feet 7inch tall 21 year old girl , my BMR is 1620 and i burn 300 to 400 calories everyday , i weigh 170pounds and by the grace of god and working hard (eating healthy and exercising) i lost 63 pounds in 8months ,but from past 3months iam not loosing weight so i started carb cycling and i can see some progress but not like i used to see before and iam constipated all the time , so iam getting into depression because iam addicted to see results😭. i'm currently consuming 1200 calories (120g carb , 90g protein and 40g fats) , so can you please help me out , what should i do and where iam going wrong , ,, do iam consuming le

Hi Kulsu! I’m definitely not an expert but I’ll tell you what I think.
Are you drinking 80-100 oz per day of water? Water will help with many aspects including constipation. There isn’t much talk on here about water, but I think it’s really important. You should drink at least half your body weight in water oz.
Your carbs seem a little high. I don’t believe in a low carb diet, but do think that healthy whole grain carbs give you fuel for workouts, gaining muscle and losing weight. Carbs tend to hold a lot of calories so be sure to measure and record your food. Healthy nuts will help with good fats and add good carbs.
Fats tend to be the fun calories. I think people like Keto because of the fun in eating bacon, cheese, and creams. I try to limit the fun calories, but have added some cheese from time to time and occasional high fat meats like bacon, steak l, and chorizo.
Finally, you should really only hope to lose a pound per week at most. Don’t get disappointed if it’s less or more. Just stick to it and you’ll see great results. My weight didn’t change much this week, but I see the difference in my physique.

I’d add that you could try adding 200 to 300 calories to jump your metabolism. Just try to see how it affects your body. The most important thing is that you don’t stop.

Hey , thank you for your response ,yes i drink 2 to 2.5 liter water everyday (including green tea and morning hot water ) .
