WOW, @shirfleur 1, I just noticed that you've already lost FOUR POUNDS in just six days! That's phenomenal! Congratulations on getting under that 300 mark! My highest was 302. We'll still be right here with you, cheering you on when you get under the 200 mark and enter "ONEderland!"

Kathy Nolek I wish I could walk, but that is not an option for me, as I am old and brittle. I do however, swim laps (very slowly), and intend to add that to my activities very soon. :)
