Just got back from the gym. 25 min on the circuit, 20 min on weights and heavy bag then 45 min on the tread. I came home made some eggs drank some water and now I have a date with Mr Ben Gay because Sir Arthur Ritis came to visit...😂🤣😄🙃🤣😎
