Had a rly bad UTI the past week and been feeling shifty af. Prolly why I’ve been so crabby and sensitive. I felt like Keto was just making it worse and decided to have some carbs. Feeling better actually. Thank baby Jesus. I have a feeling I’ll go over today but my body needed a break. After a year it was needed. Hoping that the meds start kicking in.

Thanks guys! Ya I took a break today—started out meh. I swear though Keto was making it 100x worse. I couldn’t drink enough water 💧

Add some foods with probiotics into your diet that will kill the bad bacteria and prevent the reoccurence. If you are on keto you can buy supplements if you dont want to eat those foods. I get mine from yogurt, kimchi, fermented sauerkrat, and a few others. I dont do supplements of any kind. Hope you feel better soon.

Uncle that is so interesting. Because I didn’t have any issues with this. Mild discomfort but lately with the gym and drinking waaaaay too much coffee I started getting this crap. It doesn’t follow the typical UTI path; but my doc said it doesn’t like it. I ate carbs yesterday and just ate a lot (1. Because I felt like shit and 2. I just wanted a break). Feel better this am except I feel hung over. Lololol. My bladder isn’t irritated at all. And I’m sure I’m not in ketosis after eating almost 100 carbs. I’m gonna look more into this. I’ve been doing Keto for almost a year. Haven’t experienced this before.
