Hr 39/48. The hunger isn’t really there but my ability to workout hard isn’t there either. Taking some nice yoga stretches and long walks. I think I will take keilin’s tip on fasting twice a week to enjoy the weekends. Thank you

Alnona, find the best way for you to create a calorie deficit that you can maintain. This is how you can reduce the fat, when you are ready you can incorporate weight exercises to build up the muscles.
