I noticed I did not modified the word on my post 🙃. well I did not say it but I found it very odd that this lady said the word st#pid and yet hates cursing words 🧐🤪 

Ur strategy sounds so much alike to the aba therapy strategies. I guess those strategies are the common denominator for success 👌🏼

Rosio, I still find it hard to believe that others think it's okay to criticize what you put on YOUR journal. That's what I dislike about social media. Why do people think they can tell you what to do or say! Crazy. I admire your strength and confidence. Keyten, I love your SMART method. I am writing this down and applying it other areas. Thank you.

Different strokes for different folks. Cursing is experienced differently in different regions and cultures. I for one appreciate all the useful and pragmatic posts you share, with or without the east coast authenticity (i.e. cursing) 😊 

Oh, Keyten77, your special education training is showing. We do love our acronyms. Since I retirement, have added a few more. For example, MAAF stands for Maximum Allowable Annoyance Factor. This is something my husband and I use. As for the person who was outraged by Rosio's post, I say move on...you are not required to read or respond to everything posted. Keep up the good work, ladies! ✳️✳️ 

Additionally, the F word can be a noun, verb, adverb, adjective, preposition, and object of the preposition. Pretty versatile word. 

Good for you Keyten77. I would never go back to the classroom. Teaching is nothing like it used to be. When I started in 1977, we really were allowed to teach. IEPs were simple and no parent advocates. I would recommend a stint in administration. I did five years. Really upped my pension and overall compensation package. 

That’s why I like aba therapy, we focus on the kids deficits not on what ideally they should know
