For the first time I actually am having to KEEP myself off the scale. I have been doing so good lately I am just dying to find out but I know if I do weigh myself every day with the weight ups and downs I go through during the week I might get disappointed. But gosh darn I wanna know about all the fat my body is burning. No weighing in till Monday for me. Ugh. This week I have had so much more energy and when I have to go up and down stairs I run up them now just because I CAN! for this first time I feel like when I run I don't have people punching me from all the weight bouncing. It is sad but it did use to happen. I think about it and start to beat myself up over how big I did get and then I have to stop myself and realize I am half that person I was now and this half person is a hell of a lot stronger in so many ways.

The thing about it, which you likely already know, is that the mass of fat loss doesn't register as much on the scale so it can be, as you recognize, defeating to not see a change every day.
