Looked at your numbers and it looks like your diet has stayed the same as it was during your losses: November: Food: 1017kcal (Fat: 63.32g, Protein: 84.82g, Carbs: 26.59g) [157 > 155] / December: Food: 1053kcal (Fat: 66.19g, Protein: 83.97g, Carbs: 29.02g) [155 > 152] / January: Food: 1147kcal (Fat: 76.52g, Protein: 84.95g, Carbs: 28.55g) [154 > 154] / February: Food: 1076kcal (Fat: 70.23g, Protein: 80.08g, Carbs: 26.89g) [154 > 157] - - This happened to me. I was losing fine, and with no real changes, the loses slowed down. In my case I dropped my carbs <10. I am **NOT** saying you should do the same, just that sometimes I look at my numbers and see "oh that's' what changed", and other times I see that what worked for me at a certain weight no longer works when I get 'smaller'. Good Luck!
