Yes, I'll take it!

Thanks, rosio19! I'm happy with 2 lbs. You are so right. It took years to put this weight on, hopefully not years to take it off! 🤔😵 I'm doing ok so far, but still a struggle. Saying no to some good stuff and sticking with what's planned, mostly. Ha. 🙄😁

It gets easier! My wired my brain to automatically say “no thank you” everytime someone offers me a snack

"No thanks" is sooooo hard, but it is getting easier! So far, I've said no EVERY TIME! Yay me! Going on 4th week.
