Hi FS friends! It is snowing in Las Vegas! Brrr..❄ Today Im up 2+ lbs! Again Im frustrated! I did eat alot yesterday, I never eat over about 70 grams of protien but yesterday I ate 100gs (cold weather?)which made my nutritionist so happy..not me! 😞😱

You lift and get that protein in. Very good. Do you take measurements? Don't let the scale faze you, you could be gaining lean mass.

I go to a nutritionist n she measures me. Went last fri n I gained 1/2" on biceps which I know is muscle but gained 1" on thighs which concerns me. Im normally 138 lbs but recently upped to 140. I think that is some muscle gain. It just frustrates me cuz I eat pretty clean n w/o 6 ays a week. Maybe need more cardio?
