Another kilo gone, the hard exercise is paying off.
Its getting easier by the day now, soon I will lift the exercise up another peg.
Keeping a good calorie deficit and feeling great.
229.3 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks all, Ive got my focus on sustaining my weight gains on the next road trip...which starts this coming Sunday for the normal 2 weeks
