I'm hoping by Monday I will achieve goal. Super Bowl on Sunday and a 🎱 tournament on Sat. My husband and I are both going dry, "No Alchohol". we'll see how that works. Have a healthy day

@Alnona, saying "We'll see how *it* works" is an attitude that seems to absolve *you* of control and responsibility for the choices *you* are going to make this weekend. Instead, PLAN and LOG your meals, in advance, in the food diary, for each day, and COMMIT to your plan. DECIDE that's what you will do, and then, as they say, "JUST DO IT!" Come Monday morning, you'll be celebrating your VICTORY no matter who wins what on Saturday and Sunday!
