@keyten77 no need to flip for a frittata, just finish it in the oven.

Looks awesome, retta! My store has been out of this reduced fat salami that i love. After several months of not having it they just got more in. I grabbed two and put one in the freezer, just in case. You'll be seeing something like this from me soon!
