Just a lot more calories than a quest bar. For those of us on the lower end of the intake end, a quest bar fits better. But I've done away with buying protein supplements for now. Bought beans instead. 1 serving of beans and ham has the same protein as a quest bar, a little more on the calories, but more of a meal.

White Beans and Ham (my unpublished recipe) fat = 6.17g, fiber = 9.2, net carbs = 21.30, protein = 25.14 for only 282 calories. Pretty good protein for the calories, I think. And a whole lot cheaper than a Quest bar.
