Surprised to see such a big drop since I started my menstrual cycle yesterday. I must be really dehydrated. I think I need more salt. Time to start adding electrolytes to my water again.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
