Well a rainy Friday in NJ... all day. Made home made potato pancakes just grated potato and onion with a little salt an pepper. One egg and a TBS of flour to bind it all together. Made me think of my grandmother and mom. Of course Grandma used to make it with thick bacon and homemade applesauce. I just used instant bacon 15 seconds in the microwave and poof its done.
Besides that not much do'in today, a very lazy day.
