I'm back. The holidays were tough with Pop & Sis gone. Mom is bad and I'm staying with her full time now. My husband is handling it well. I'm back at the gym tomorrow. Stay healthy.
210.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
