Haven’t been logging my food. /shame 🔔
213.4 lb Lost so far: 86.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.7 lb a week

I notice a weight increase when don't log. I'm not disciplined enough to stop eating on my own. work in progress.

Yes! It’s the discipline and accountability piece that has to be there. It’s not that I feel like I’m eating too much but it’s just not consistent. I find that when I’m not taking the time to do those extra steps this happens. I start to gain weight. I know it’s only 2 pounds but I have been so good not allowing myself to be derailed—can feel like this is the cusp that starts the “fat avalanche”....

I've been food-ignorant for decades... we cannot afford to drop our guard... but we do, on occasion, suffer the proverbial "mis-step" - recover, with grace, we got your back!
