This is targeted towards a specific audience (since it's meant for people that follow this person on Twitter or Instagram) you don't need any of these besides your golden word "deficit". Even sleep I'm sure it's totally specific to each individual. I'm sure many successful people only get 5 hrs per night, some get 8.
