Woke at 223.2, down 2.8 from yesterday after a day at home. Going in to work today to have an offsite with my staff. Don’t know what the day will bring but we will make good choices. Staying home all next week so that will be a good opportunity for a reset before Thanksgiving. UPDATE: What a day to have a major whoosh! Right when I was running an offsite for my team! I had to keep excusing myself! But got home at 218.8, despite having a nice salad when we all went out to dinner.
