Fasting a.m. BS = 131; weight = 168.3
Last day of Beef & butter! working hard to lose that 1/2 lb I gained yesterday. Must have been because I ate a meal for supper instead of drinking it! 4 hrs scheduled at the library today. My levitation project with magnets didn't work, so I will let the STEM kids drive little cars with the magnets today. They will have more fun with that anyway; simple to do and they can race them. Some of this group are actually preschool, so simple projects are best for them. Success, they all had fun and learned about magnets repelling and attracting qualities. I do like working with kids and STEM! Totals today: 1217 cals, 84/5/11 macros; net carbs 8.64. Bedtime BS = 101. I forgot my supper meds and I am still low at bedtime, so I will skip bedtime diabetic med also. The best thing about Keto is what it is doing to help my diabetes.
