Dug around a bit on here and realized I’ve burned 260kcal more per day than I’ve consumed. That means if I wanted to be in true maintenance then I could add in my favorite candy bar every single day and maintain 😆👍. Glad I figured this out during lunch because I don’t feel the need to run grab my emergency one.

Also realized that I’ve lost another inch off of my waist in the last 10 weeks or so. That makes it a total of 20” lost since I first measured on April 9th. I think I’ll aim for 25” total loss before I try to build muscle. I still want more off my love handles and some off my hips and thighs. For the look I want I’ll probably have to lose another 10”. We will see.

Another realization- I won’t ever have a tiny waist. Pulled fat and skin from my sides to my back. There is only about 2” between my ribs and hip bone. No way is that going to allow for a nice hourglass shape. That’s ok too. A year ago I’d have been upset but I guess I’ve mellowed out a bit.

Oh Chris I weighed it believe me! The package says 1.86 oz and the scale says the same. My mouth seems to think it’s more like .86 oz however 🤪🤣🤪🤣

Seriously though, I’m sitting at 850 for the day so far. I skipped breakfast like I usually do. Had a later lunch and decided to make it protein based and a smaller portion. Lucky me the pork loin had 350kcal for the 51g protein in the two slices I grabbed. I was aiming for 40-50g for that meal. I planned a BIG dinner. Hubby even bet me that I couldn’t eat it all. It’s the first food bet like that that I haven’t taken. I considered it but all through the meal I kept thinking ‘if I save half and skip dessert I can probably fit in a small snickers’. Turns out I can fit a fill size in my calories today. Good thing because I can’t find the fun sized ones I hid back. Kids probably found the stash 😭. Only have one every few weeks so they could’ve eaten them last month lol.
