I have to get my butt back into gear. I had WAY too much candy yesterday. I want a Reese's so bad but instead I had peanut butter. I have made it too far to screw up my hard work with Halloween candy!

I put it up where I wouldn't see it. I will only get it when my kids can have some. I did work out yesterday but I doubt I worked off half that candy. No more for me. 😅

Of course, the candy isn't good for them either. No nutrition there & it feeds the sugar habit at an early age. But that is another mountain to climb. My husband keeps dark chocolate bars in the fridge & eats a little every day with his sliced apple. I do not touch it, and it does not affect his weight (dont you hate that!) But I can gain just looking at it! But one thing that i constantly remind myself of, that I heard at WW years ago, NOTHING TASTES AS GOOD AS THIN FEELS! You have the right attitude, just get right back on track every day.
