Fasting a.m. BS = 115; weight = 170.8. Now that is more like it! I will continue the beef and butter through the week end, see if I can get some better weight readings.I sent a note to my doctor with my readings since June 1, when I started Keto in earnest. I hope he has me come in for a fasting blood check, AND that he agrees I need to drop some meds. Otherwise, I'm following my own judgment until my appointment in February.

Hooray!My doctor says congratulations, and I can stop taking the Januvia (which is the most expensive of my meds!) Thank you, Keto! Thank you FS friends! Noticed I was feeling a little shaky just now, 6:30 pm.Time to eat alright, my BS was 74! I shouldn't be happy it is that low, but I am because it means I am needing less meds. The goal, of course, is to keep it stable, without abnormal highs and abnormal lows. I need to lead a balanced food life!
