I don’t know if I’m late to the game in making these but I thought I’d share. These are shredded Parmesan with a little basil on top which I baked at 350 for 17 minutes. They are crispy and will substitute the crunch of a crouton. They are delicious and nearly 0 carbs.

I tried store bought parm chips; good, but these look better!

It was crazy how easy they are to make. You could just pour the cheese on a sheet, cook and break into pieces. They reminded me of Parmesan Gold fish a little bit.
