Fasting a.m. BS = 124; weight 172.7 Not a hungry day! This is a reverse of Tuesday when I wanted to eat everything in sight. Wow! My glucose was 111 when I came in from work, so looking for something to eat that pleases me. Eating pork skins and cheese stick. Nothing else appeals. I may have to have a spinach smoothie just to get the glucose up some before bedtime. Decided on tablespoon of peanut butter. Totals: 1029 cals; 74/8/18 macros; net carbs 14.56.
