Third attempt at journaling tonight. It keeps getting to long so short version:

High stress and anxiety. Went to my first ever high school football game. Had nachos but didn’t have the candy I planned. Have about 4,000 calories left for the weekend 😳. Debating low cal tomorrow and tons of pizza Sunday OR 1500-2000 each day and add in candy, chips and cheese, etc. One huge treat or several small ones.

My 800-1000 days aren’t good for me which is one reason I added the nachos tonight. 1500 is goal for the next 3 1/2 weeks (yeah right haha) and after that 1200. Supposed to be 1500 per day minimum. Forgetting my vitamins 😖. Need a kick in the pants! Or rather need to set an alarm for all of them so I don’t forget.

Yeah, I've upped my calories a bit, as well. It's all a balancing act, isn't it. :)

what Chris said. 😊 Hope you have a good weekend. First football game? If yu go again, take your own food and hot drink in thermos, makes it a lot more fun and controls your calorie intake. 😊

Chris, 1) they are on or bar but kids knock them off and pile stuff around them. 2) had them in the bathroom and hubby kept moving them. 3) had them by the couch (where I sleep a lot) and once again he or the kids move them. I also used to keep a note on my bathroom mirror but he says it doesn’t look good so takes it off. I need a place where nobody will mess with them but finding one is becoming harder lol. I can remember the lunch and dinner ones half the time it’s the in between ones I forget daily. But I’ll do better!

Becc@, my school didn’t have football. I’m NOT a sports fan. Don’t understand it and hate everyone yelling all around me. Thankfully we were seated around older folks who didn’t get riled up and some parents who were more into the chants from the cheerleaders than screaming at a ref that can’t hear them! Next time I will take food. I didn’t want to cheat the booster club out of money but they are rebuilding so only had candy pop and coffee. They had a food truck come in but it was $10 for a small pulled pork sandwich, $10 for nachos with pork and $7 for a small cheese nachos (16 chips I believe). They kept assuring everyone they were LARGE nachos and everyone was disappointed. But there was nothing else. Next time I’ll take my big purse and load it with small bags of chips, cheese it’s, candy and a couple bottles of pop. Can’t take anything hot and technically they don’t allow outside food and drinks so a thermos is out. But I will bring my Splenda because their coffee was very strong! Once the new concession stand is built we can buy $3 nachos from the booster club again (same size or a bit more chips from them for half the price).

Rosio, 4000 is a huge amount lol. I think I’m sitting about 800 for today so far. Half an egg roll just to see if I like the Korean ones. Nope I don’t. CChicken strips and potatoes for lunch and a snickers now. Still a bit of anxiety as I’m eating it but man it’s so good lol. Chips and cheese later or tomorrow. Been craving that and haven’t had any in months.
