It's good to me, I refuse to eat less, what I am doing is moving more

For maintenance I guess I should only eat 1800 😬 I guess I am active. I am an active lazy person, it’s hard for me to say I’m active

Thinking about it further, I wonder if it means goal weight is what it’s calc’d in vs. current weight. That would make it correct 😊

Why is protein less necessary for the weight lifter. Thought they'd need more, not less.

Well, I'm going to politely smile and nod, then ignore it and keep doing what I've been doing.

Rosio, can you help me figure this out? If goal weight is 135, for weight loss, I get calories at 1350, Protein at 135 grams, fat at 41 grams, but I don’t know how to figure carbs b/c I have no idea how grams converts to calories.

1 gram of protein per body weight is perfect

Honestly my goal is 138 on the app, I’m always a few % down = perfect
