Simple recipe for a weight loss - if you eat over your RDI, just add 20-30 min of extra exercise to balance it. Go for a walk in the nice place, do gardening or take care of the clutter in your pantry... :-)

I learned not to be paranoid about the amount of calories. There is always something you can do to burn those.

It is all about balance and be happy.
