Weigh in tomorrow. I've eaten well below my calories(unintentionaly) yet I feel like I've over eaten. I think it's because I cooked for the family and baked for one of my seniors and I am so used to eating and tasting as I go that my tummy feels as if it has. I drank a mouth full of water each time I was tempted. Will power my butt. I wanted those muffins so badly that I became cranky. I got over it quickly. It does give credence to the Food Addiction theory. Good nite all and thnx for being here for me.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
