Sciatic pain all night, didn't sleep much because of it. Propped up in living room listening to audiobook most of night. Will do some limited walking today, see if that helps. BS up to 148 because it wasn't fasting! I ate some comfort food in the middle of the night! Back to Keto eating today. Totals: 1197 cals; 26.56 net carbs; 74/11/15 macros. 3594 fitbit steps.

I am sorry for your pain walking around or just generally moving around helps me when I get back troubles laying down all day is the worst, but I do rotate, I move around doing lite things then get on the heat pack. the muscles tighten and make it worst so I find relief with the heat pack.
