Fasting a.m. BA = 122; weight = 172.1
Breakfast on the run this morning, grabbed a Keto coffee and made one for lunch since I had a tight schedule with husband needing to return his rental car 20 miles away and me needing to get back in time to work at the library by 10:00. Been doing a lot of subbing lately and I'm ready to get back to my regular schedule!!
Was pleased to see a little weight drop. Going to be really dedicated for two more days - I want that scale to say 170! We are getting plenty of rain now, but I'm not tired of it yet, just don't like driving in it. I'm so sorry for everyone who has been caught by the flooding on the east coast. It is a catastrophe to lose your homes. Now there is flooding in Oklahoma and Texas!
A rainy day calls for Texas Chili, so I made a big pot of it and ate it with extra butter and sour cream. My totals for the day are 1509 cals; 76/7/17 macros; 19.54
net carbs. Needing to ride my exercise bike today -- too rainy to walk. 6031 fitbit steps today.
