okay I honestly have had enough of the lack of exercise and my coffee drinking seems to get me overweight. Not sure which the recent gains come from but my calories have been in line for maintenance.

I did a little 15 minute sprint on my bike yesterday and started my resistance work this morning. a series of 10 for each of my routine done twice. See how I feel to whether I do another series.

3 pound gain which will quickly come off but it bothers me to not know for sure the cause. Drinking more water and no coffee

Are you getting the maintenance calorie amount from here? I believe it's might be too high here... gives me 1800 for maintenance, another calculator gives me 1400 for maintenance. :)

nope I do an average of chronometer and my conservative keto calculator. My calorie burn is average 1400 and I keep pretty close to that on average for the week. yesterday I did some exercise to burn off the extra calories I ate, but for the week I was pretty much inline. some foods/drinks just negatively effect my body. 2 days of no coffee with the goodies that go with it and everything should be back to normal. I just use heavy whipping cream and artificial sweetener but all three are things that cause me brain fog and or pain.

Tea yesterday, no problem. 3.5 hours sleep last night... back to coffee today for me!

why the coffee cause you problems? I can not live without it. but if I drink it at night I don't sleep

You are an inspiration to me. Even though you have food sensitivaty's, you are still working to improve. That's awesome!

I have been up one or two pounds every day from my last weigh in on Friday. I am going to wait it out until Monday, then go in and get another body analysis done...that way I can see if I an gaining/losing fat and then adjust my calories from there if I need to. the scale is just so finicky!

Keilin it causes brain fog so it is a food that I am sensitive to. If I drink too much as I have the past few days it can also cause me knots in my muscles which causes pain. I was bored so a bit of sabotage was going on this week of my no exercise.

thank you MrsMagyk, we always need to strive to improve or we will always suffer. I am learning slowly about myself and my needs again. Life is better when I avoid things bad for me. It is amazing to me that I keep doing the same wrong things again.

ohougland many times it is just water weight which can vary greatly, for me it can be eating or drinking things that I am sensitive to, or it can be from too much salt or it can be from my muscles being worked and gaining water. I think it is fine getting analysis done, I have never tried that. I would not know where to go locally.

Chas I know coffee is the lifeblood of life for many of us. I hate not being able to drink it regularly.

A lot of gyms have it. I do it as 5 star nutrition. It's free every 2 to 3 weeks. I was going to go every 4 but I thought if my weight stops moving then it wouldn't hurt to go in. It's free. Lol i am currently at a kickboxing gym that i have a membership there until March. I think when it is up, I will go elsewhere. I feel like my body needs different types of exercise to lean down and build muscle. But for now, I will continue tracking and doing their exercises and see where it takes me

life is what it is, eventually things will settle back down and I will not be as limited
