My fat bombs. One per day. I made them with cocoa powder for the top layer, but I am really not a fan of cocoa or chocolate. Will make with raspberries next time.

It cream cheese, butter, coconut oil - all mixed and frozen. If I am not in the mood for bulletproof coffee in the middle of the day, I just eat one of those with my tea.
I will post a recipe when I try it with raspberries.
