Over did the carbs today. I'm working with 50% carb 20% protein 30% fats. I've lost 25lbs since the end of July and I'm pleased, however, I'm afraid of the 60% carb count today. I upped my evening exercise and double my apple cider vinegar hoping to combat the bad carbs of the day. Maybe I should lighten up(pun intended... lol).

Thank you. My family doubts the validity of my plan and determination. I'm not in this for them, I'm in this for me. If I hear one more time 'you're not eating enough' I'm gonna blow a gasket. Before it was 'do you really need that slice or more meat, really', I stopped trying to be what they wanted, now I'm just being me.
