I hate the way FS crops my uploads... the bottom row is 40%, 45%, and 50%

When I look myself on the mirror I don't look too bad, but when I grab my belly with my hands I think I have too much fat 😐

Yes, it's crazy, well, what I am planning to do is lose this body fat below 18% and then start the bulking thing

Being a short person is not easy, small frame,ect. I look really small 😰, I feel great with clothes on 😍but I still have a little extra BF 🧐

I am going to share the exercise I am doing tomorrow, today is my day off. Probably will I start bulking next week, I have to admit that I am really scared of weight gain 😰

@Keilin_4 I think you looked pretty good in some photos you posted. IDK, but I recall someone several years ago did her early hey workout before work, did two very short and intense cuts and dirty bulks and she looked 10 pounds lighter. She was late 30's, about 5 foot 2, and averaging 2200 calories at maintenance. I remember her 'bragging' how she was sucking down so much cals and loved it.

I'm currently somewhere between 30% and 35%. I'm 5ft1" and most of my BF is in my thighs, lower stomach, back and arms. Eventually I'm hoping to be in the 22% to 25% BF range.

I like the numbers on the men better the 30% looks like she is thinner than me but on the men35% woman is the %25 man

Well, I don't lose weight to please men 😎😂😂 , and I love men with belly fat 😛😂. It's crazy how we think

A couple of months ago my Daily calorie average was 1800,1900, 2000 a day and I did lose .4 lb. in a month (i did it in my other account) so I think my maintenance is 2000 calories

I wasn't talking about pleasing anyone, the man at 25% is where I think I am, on the womans page the same amount of fat or close to it is 35% Keilin. I lose weight to please me first!

Baskington I know, I said it because men most the time say they don't like us too skinny, and we tell them that we like their belly. But we decide to lose weight anyway to please ourselves

the 30% gal looks better than the 25% but that is also the difference of the body type differences. I am more like the 30% in curves. HA!
