Weeeeel, 2 1/2 lbs after three days of this 7-day challenge! I still think it's probably more diet, but will know better next Sunday when I check the waist & body fat measurements. As I said, 1500 cals is probably too much for me to lose weight, but without my usual sweetie snacks I seem to be getting less than 1400 cals a day - maybe THAT'S my lucky number? I would LOVE to get back below 150 lbs this week, but we'll see. I won't be surprised if I don't lose any more weight this week, but I confess I will be disappointed. But still, persistence pays off!
151.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
