Fasting a.m. BS = 140. Weight=174.8.
Total cals for today were 1847; 74/11/15 macros; net carbs 15.71. Ate way over my calories today, but net carbs were still below 20. Will see how that affects weight in the morning.
Watered my garden, what's left of it - only peppers and tomatoes and they are growing slowly because of lack of rain. The asparagus has evidently produced some fall stalks. I could see a few new ones among the ferns I left to grow until frost. I'll pay attention and see if I can cut a few to eat before they get too big. Anxious to plant my fall garden but not too much I can plant until we start having regular rains. Still water rationing.
Very tired tonight -- fell asleep sitting up watching the news! Actually going to bed by 11:30 this evening!
