I got off early so I went to gym to weight train before the gym filled up. Need more protein than this. So I’m going to have to figure something else out before my eating window closes 🙂

stock up on some nice salmon and steak. I make mini higher fat burgers too. I individually wrap up a lot of smaller servings for myself.

I had planned on making taco salads but I didn’t have any seasoning so I figured I’d make a salad but didn’t have much chicken left lol Tried to make it work. I was trying to eat some pb but I’m so stuffed right now I feel like I’m going to throw up! I guess it’s going to be a low calorie day

All of my protein powders have too many carbs 😒 Also I wasn’t too full after all. I was sick. I f*ing love avocados but I’m about 99% sure I’m allergic to them. They make me feel like I have food poisoning 😫😫😩😩😭😭 It’s weird though, sometimes they don’t bother me.

maybe it is when you eat them with something else?? combo causes the issues.

Usually I feel sick when I eat it on a salad. I figured it was because it was a light meal. But there have been some other instances where I ate it with eggs and bacon, guacamole with chips, and on a chicken sandwich and got sick 😞

for high protein try beef jerky, almost pure protein, no fat. a lot of sodium but great to get those protein numbers up!

I looked up fructans and avocado's as I did not remember seeing it on the list when I researched it. this may not be the issue, but eating food that your system has issues with, which I have many,,,, can impede your weight loss. I have found this past few days when I have a super clean diet the weight is dropping far more quickly.

I just did a lill research. Pretty sure I don’t have IBS and all the other problem fruits and veggies, aren’t a problem for me. I found another article that list possible reasons why you might be sensitive to avocados but none of them seem to fit 🤷‍♀️

I just posted three things in my journal that can cause symptoms, avocado is on the list for all three. And you can just have an issue with one product. Allergies can pop up at any time in your life. You may not have any of this but a single allergy or food sensitivity. It can be that simple. I did not have any intolerances in my youth except milk that I knew of. Once the change of life happened things changed. There is probably more to it then that, stress etc. But it can happen at any time to anybody at any cycle. As we mature our bodies change, no two ways about it.
