Fasting BS a.m. 149; weight 178.1 Boo-hoo! Those few illicit bites weren't worth it. Working on it again today! Mostly liquid diet.
Planted my first fall garden transplants -- two bell peppers. No other veggies except tomatoes in the garden centers yet, even though it is time to plant cole crops. They don't expect shipments until September. It has rained nearly all day, nearly 3 inches. So glad as soil moisture only went down about four inches when I planted the peppers this morning. Such weird weather, August heat in July, September rain in August! My tomato plants quit producing during the heat but are blooming all over now. My green thumb is itching to be gardening again. I will just have to start my own veggies in flats on the back porch.
