Fasting BS a.m. = 127; weight 176.3. I didn't do as much damage as I thought with all those extra carbs! Challenge today is Church potluck dinner -- stay away from dessert table, watch the delicious extra carbs available. Drink lots of water and tea. Update: I did all of that except stay away from the dessert table. I had a half cup of sugar free chocolate pudding and about 3 bites of the left over birthday cake. Poor choice but delicious! net carbs today 37.57, 1281 cals.; 71/14/15 macros. It seems once you give in to the sweets, it takes longer than one day to re-cage the beast! In spite of too many carbs, my BS reading is 132.
