I was used to this meal weekly, but kept away from it for months. Now it seems like I’m having a quesadilla every 3-4 days. Love nachos too but made a small portion instead of the big plate I wanted. Saved some sodium by having another quesadilla instead ;). Saved about 100 calories too this way.

Nope! I fry in butter lol. 2-3 T coats our big cast iron skillet. With that I was able to cook 11 quesadillas and still have butter in the pan. Thanks for reminding me, I didn’t add it into my log. I have to take out a snack too as I didn’t end up eating it.
