Bedtime BS 157 (amazing how quickly I have become dissatisfied with a reading like that! I expected it to be lower. I have taken all my meds today.) I have been less active because my knee bothered me again today. My knee bothered me again today because I had a lot of computer work to do and sat a lot. Fitbit says 2173 steps.I should have ridden the exercise bike even with the knee bothering -- just for a short time, at least.) I did spend about an hour standing, preparing more peaches for the freezer. Note to self: when the knee starts bothering, start moving!
177.9 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb.    Still to go: 32.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
